Job Description:
  • Responsible for daily operations of customer service function for order processing from receiving orders to shipment

  • Responsible for effectively, efficiently and promptly responding to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, e-mail or mail to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Closely following up order status / project status and providing timely communication with customers.

  • Achieving department and individual KPIs.

  • Act as an effective backup in Customer Service team in emergency.

  • Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.


Basic Requirement:
  • 1-2 years working experience in related department of a multinational company.

  • University/college degree.

  • Basic in English spoken and writing and good computer skill in office software;

  • Cross-functional communication skill, speaking in a clear voice, mandarin standard, good communication and understanding capability.

  • Quick thinking, good sense of customer service. Good-natured, patient, responsible, with team work spirit, be able to work under pressure and conflict management capability. Ability to do detail work and proactive meet customer's needs

Research Associate(Analytical)

Job Description
  • Focus on analytical tasks required from R&I labs follow Solvay standards and SOPs.

  • Insure the instruments run in order by proactive maintenance. Record & report phenomena happen during experiments.

  • Advise for development and update of analytical methods and procedures by related MSA tools.

  • Support senior scientist for R&I and GBU projects progress on time and efficiently. Provide primary comment for project report.

  • Contribute in writing the relevant patents requests if needed.

  • Support to internal technical training and seminar.

  • Ensure all daily works meet HSE requirements.


Basic Requirement
  • Education Level:  Fresh Master degree or experience Bachelor degree of analytical chemistry or relative technology.

  • Work experience:  Bachelor with more than 1 year experience of analytical works in a research field or QC lab, or Master with experience of analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or material science. Be familiar with analytical tools like ICP, IC, XRD, FTIR, etc.

  • Personality: team work, communication, customer orientation and open mind.

  • Language: fluent oral and writing in Mandarin and English.

工作职责:
  • Management, set-up and maintenance of lab equipment

  • HSE (Lab safety) related lab work

  • Experimental support to his/her project manager

  • Sample management

  • Sample analysis with different QC method

  • Standard operation procedure preparation and updating

  • Lab data summarize and report

  • Other related tasks from manager


要求:
  • Chemical, organic chemistry or related field, bachelor degree or above

  • Very good safety sense in chemical lab

  • Chemical experiment experience preferred, good lab work motivation is expected

  • Experience and Knowledge about HPC industry preferred, but not must

  • Read and writing skills of English

Job Description:
  • Provide support to Brand teams (e.g. meeting organization, teleconferences, appointment, preparation of documents and accounting forms, booking hotels and travel tickets, etc.). 

  • Budget Tracking, accountable for TA tracking and Year Actuals vs. committed expenses, working with and share best practice across Brand Teams 

  • Validate Marketing initiatives with current customers 

  • Have regular contacts with KOLs and attending physicians in order to get a top-line feeling of meetings organized by AZ 


Key Requirement:
  • At least 2 years of secretarial experience in a fast-paced working environment;

  • Able to carry out duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision;

  • Able to prioritise and balance tasks as assigned and deliver within deadlines with confidence;

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in seeking information and developing solutions;

  • Excellent organisational skills and experience in planning, coordinating and managing big meetings;

  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with other PA across multiple geographies; 

  • Confident dealing with senior business people;

  • Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese;

  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
